Hi! My name is Alyssa and I am a 20-year-old headed into my fourth-year as a student at the University of Iowa studying elementary education. I am easy going, super flexible, and love spending time with kids. I have been babysitting since I was 13 and have worked for over 30 families in the Iowa City area. I have had multiple full-time nannying jobs, part-time babysitting jobs, summer jobs, and less frequently occurring date nights. I also have done a lot of tutoring for elementary aged kids over the summers to prevent the summer slide. Additionally, I enjoy running errands and love sprucing up around the house! Whether it is putting away dishes, organizing pantries, doing laundry, or tidying up the kids bedrooms, I always aim to stay busy and be as helpful as possible. Best nanny I hired! On time, if not early. Willing to stay later if needed. Cleaned up after the kids! Most importantly for me was she played with my kids! Who needs a sitter who will clean a house when the kids watch tv - this sitter played and my kids LOVED her and still do. She is family to us!
