Amaia cared for my mother during a very difficult time for our family, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, she was compassionate, dependable, and incredibly patient. My mother had complex medical and personal care needs, and Amaia handled everything with confidence, professionalism, and genuine kindness. What stood out most was the way she treated my mother with dignity and respect. She never made her feel like a burden and always took the time to make her feel comfortable, safe, and heard. Amaia communicated well with our family, kept us informed, and was always willing to go above and beyond when needed. It is rare to find someone who combines clinical knowledge with such a caring heart. We quickly came to trust her completely, and she became like family to us. Any family would be fortunate to have Amaia caring for their loved one. I would hire her again without hesitation.
