About Amanda

Hi families! My name is Amanda, and I'm a 22-year-old from San Francisco. I've worked with kids since I was 12, and love being around their fun loving, energizing spirits. As a pretty enthusiastic person myself, kids always inspire me to play more and expand my curiosity. I've worked with kids under 1, up to kids aged 13. I've worked as a camp counselor and although the days were exhausting, it was one of the most fulfilling jobs I've ever had. I love connecting with kids and making space for them to explore their curiosity and excitement about life! In my spare time, I like to go on walks in the park, preferably with a dog (I dog walk as well, and love it!), hang out with my friends, cook, and read. My skills include patience, communication, enthusiasm.
