I am looking for some part time work to give me a chance to work with animals and earn some extra income. I began volunteering at my local animal shelter at age 11. I have worked professionally at the shelter for one summer. I have cared for dogs and cats for a number of owners over the years. I have also worked on some training techniques with dogs and their owners. I have owned dogs my entire adult life, and have also owned cats, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, a snake and fish. I enjoy hiking with my family and dogs. I am slowly breaking into the world of agility with my 1-year-old Border Collie. I enjoy training dogs, exercising animals and animal nutrition.
