About Amanda

I am currently a nursing student at University of Wisconsin - Madison. I've spent the last five summers nannying, working as a PCA, and working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Children's Hospital and Geriatric Care Centers. Currently, I am working as a nurse intern at UMMC East Bank Hospital, but looking to babysit/nanny as well. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I make it a point to be friendly and approachable with both the children in my care and their parents. When issues arise, I communicate with parents in whatever manner they prefer. I enjoy playing all kinds of games with kids, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games. I also like to play educational games that help children learn and grow. I have experience with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I hope you'll consider me for your childcare needs.
