About Amanda

Hello families! My name is Amanda and I am looking forward to working with you and your children. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Special Education. I have taught 5th grade for 7 years and have recently made the jump to public school from charter school allowing for my time in my schedule to dedicate to children outside of school hours. I have 10 years of experience working with elementary aged children but am open to working with toddlers as well. I would love to help with homework or additional tutoring and am very comfortable in the kitchen preparing meals. During the school year I am available weekdays after 2:30 and on the weekends. I have more availability during the summer months and am happy to work around busy schedules, I am looking for reoccurring and selective scheduling. I have my own vehicle.
