I have over nine years of experience in childcare from working at a Child Development Center and then as an in-home nanny. I have also been employed by Care. com Back-Up care for 2 years. I have extensive experience with infants and toddlers, and longevity with the families I have worked with until the child turned 5 years old. I am an intuitive and organized nanny and household manager, placidly focused on the healthy socio-emotional development of a child's life while working alongside the family in creating an efficient and stable home environment. I follow a child-led learning philosophy (Montessori & Waldorf methods) to support the robust formation of a child's growing brain and their social connection with the environment. With my skills, experience in positive child-rearing, and my reliable temperament, I believe that I would be a trustworthy addition to a family structure and a positive role model in a child's life.
