I live in Las Vegas and days prior to my military obligation in AZ, I was notified my childcare through the base did not get approved. After a day of sending out messages on Care.com, I came across Amanda who was a life saver to say the least. Although she could not physically provide the care, she immediately referred me to someone who could, called me prior to, to ensue I was okay with being placed in contact with them, and also followed up to make sure the contact went smoothly!! Prior to her, when asking for references, no one could help. I do not know what I would have done without the help of Amanda (sounds cliché but very much true), as I am the single parent of 2, no close family nearby, and traveling to fulfill my military duty. The confirmation happened in just enough time to finish packing, travel within a safe window, and meet my early report time. THANK YOU AMANDA!

I was looking for a last minute dependable. Trustworthy, caring and patient childcare provider for my 2 year older son who is full of energy and loves to be entertained. Our regular sitter took a week of vacation and I came across Amanda. She was responsive and was happy to allow me to visit her home and give me a tour prior to his first day in her care. Her home is extremely kid friendly with a playroom that my son loves. Her backyard is full of toys and play sets. She took my son swimming and to legoland and sent several photos throughout the day. I am very picky and she checked all the boxes of the type of provider I was looking for. Your kid is in excellent hands with Amanda!

Amanda is a very loving sweet care taker. I have two little boys that are two years apart they are 9 and 11 now and my boys love spending time with her at her house she takes care of my boys as if they are her own I never have to worry when they are in her care and not having to worry about your children when you can't see them is priceless! I know my children are well taken care of when they are in her care I would recommend her to my closest friends and family that's how much I trust her she takes care of children as if they are her very own! Nowadays that is very hard to find. She has been a wonderful blessing to our family. The only reason why she doesn't watch my children anymore is because my job hours have changed and I work while my children are in school now but if I ever needed someone to take care of my children she would be the first person I would call and if she wasn't available I will take her recommendation of who else I could use.

Amanda does numerous activities which keep the kids both engaged and active.

Amanda and I lived in the same apartment complex when my daughter was about 6 months old. She would watch her on days that I needed her. She would take her to go do fun things like the park, and have so much activity for them. Like the little kitty pools when it was warm, send me updates and photos. She always sends the cutest things home of what adyson did that day like drawings etc. She was one person I trusted to watch my daughter.

Amanda is the mother I want to be for my children! I cannot recommend her highly enough.  She genuinely loves children, understands them, guides them, teaches them, and has FUN with them. Her energy is contagious, warm, wise. Her son, Titan, is a sweet, well-behaved, excellent playmate.
I  met  Amanda nearly two and a half years ago as a first time mom moving to a new city. My baby was about 6 or 8 months old and I never left her with anyone.  I was very wary of leaving her with anyone, as she didn't sleep on her own, and I wanted her to be intentionally cared for.  My daughter took to Amanda from the beginning. Amanda would even swaddle her and contact nap with her for up to three hours at a time! Whatever suggestions I had Amanda took seriously and followed my wishes, but even better she has a sharp intuition, experience, knows what to do and will do it!  I felt very comfortable with Amanda taking them out to the library, museums, parks, and more.  The whole family is AMAZING.

My twins absolutely adored Amanda! They had so much fun on their adventures. They are excited to go back. Amanda sent me photos throughout the day, allowing me to feel so comfortable. Thanks again Amanda!!

Amanda is the best! I am extremely picky and do not let anyone watch my kids. At one point I had my mother and another nanny watching my two boys for a short time but let them go  as I felt they were not interacting with the boys. Both of my kids are high energy and enjoy attention. I've had Amanda for almost 2 wonderful years and we will continue to use her whenever we can. She has become a part of my family and we are forever grateful for that. She is dependable, punctual, creative, fun, aware, and flexible. She is a joy to have around our boys. She has taught them about life and interacting with others. She helps them with early education skill sets such as letter identification and number sense. We love her and will miss her so much.
