About Amanda

I have over 30 years of experience working with children of all ages. I was a teacher for 27 years. I specifically geared the latter part of my career working with children that have special needs. I have extensive experience providing nanny services to wonderful families from birth to school age. I'd describe my personality as kind, loving and nurturing. I'm looking for a job that helps families in need and to continue building mentor to child relationships. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my son, read, walk my furbaby and spend time with my loved ones. My skills include active listening, guiding and nurturing childhood authenticities. I believe in using positive redirection based on the child's personality. I love experiencing true joy in teaching a variety of life skills:).
