Hi! With over 10 years of experience in childcare and education, I bring both professional knowledge and genuine dedication to every family I work with. My background includes teacher training, a college degree in Education, classroom experience, and nanny care. I have worked with children from 3 months to 14 years old, including children with special needs and larger groups in school settings. I also understand the importance of supporting parents. Raising children while balancing work and everyday responsibilities can be challenging, and I believe a great caregiver should make family life easier, not more complicated. I consider myself flexible, proactive, organized, attentive, and open-minded. I value communication, respect family routines, anticipate needs, and believe in working as a team with parents. I have CPR and First Aid training and am committed to providing safe, dependable, and thoughtful care.
