About Amanda

I have a masters in social work and previously worked as a child welfare social worker in Washington state doing child protection services investigations and ongoing case management. I have experience with foster/adopted children, special needs children, and children with behavioral difficulties. I'm currently not working as I'm homeschooling my 12 and 4-year-old girls while studying to go to law school myself. I recently took up residency in Lake Havasu, AZ and am looking to earn some income for my family while also helping my children make some local friends. I have room in my car for two more (if outings are an option). I also have a pool for swimming (gated with locks inaccessible to small children). I am also prior college cheerleader, high school and all*star cheer coach, and Washington state cheer judges association cheerleading and stomp judge so if any children have an interest in cheer I'm more than happy to teach them a thing or two within my capacity as their nanny.
