About Amanda

Hi! I'm a reliable, patient, and adaptable recent grad of Boston University with two degrees in music and film, and I have 3 years of childcare experience. I've taken introductory music education and child development classes with an emphasis on teaching through empathy and understanding each child as an individual. I have food allergies myself, so I am very familiar with the Epi-Pen, Benadryl, and how to communicate food restrictions to restaurants, other kids, or parents. If you need help around the house, I'm happy to contribute. I'm a very fun-loving, outgoing, creative, and attentive person. I have a sister who's 4 years older, and I've been a camp counselor for kids ages 7-17. I really enjoy bringing music to kids (if they take to it). I also do freelance photography/videography and love crafting, especially crocheting. I will always prioritize the way you and your family operates and keeping your kids safe and happy.
