Amanda is wonderful! She is responsible, caring, observant, eager to help and smart. She is quick to listen, learn and implement structures and routine routines that we have set for our kiddos. We have two boys with medical and developmental needs, which can be quite challenging so for me, there’s always a feeling in the beginning that the person caring for our boys will feel overwhelmed like it’s too much. That has not been my experience at all with Amanda. It’s actually been quite the opposite. She goes with the flow and seamlessly fits into our family dynamic. She sees things that need to get done and she takes the initiative to do it. We are very blessed to have her and I know you will be too.
