About Amanda

Hi, I'm Amanda! I'm a current nurse of 22 years, including extensive pediatric and adolescent nursing, psych nursing as well as elder care. I have specialized in newborn nanny care for the past year. My experience includes caring for premature twins and supporting families with bottle aversion, colic, reflux, severe constipation, sleep training, medication administration, separation anxiety and overnight care. In addition to my nursing background, I worked as a live-in nanny in my early 20s and am the mother of two adult children. While I enjoy caring for children of all ages, my specialty and greatest passion is newborn and infant care. Having worked with families with very different parenting styles, routines, and household dynamics, I adapt easily and strive to integrate seamlessly into each family's environment while respecting their preferences and values.
