About Amara

Hello! My name is Amara and I am 19 years old. I started working with kids when I was 15, and I've continued youth work since then. Currently, I am a part time student with a very flexible and open schedule. I have many different experiences working with kids, such as being a baby-sitter, a camp counselor and staff, as well as an after school staff for two different programs. I do not have siblings but I have helped care for many children within my family and close family friends. During my free time I like to be in nature, craft, and spend time with my cat and family. I have a strong passion for youth work and being able to make the work load a little lighter for families. I'm extremely open-minded to whatever is given to me and making the most out of it :)
