We hired this caregiver and, after only a short period (one week), she chose to leave without providing adequate notice. Unfortunately, we were informed at the last minute, which made it difficult to arrange alternative childcare. Communication regarding her availability and commitment was not as reliable as we expected. Based on our experience, reliability and advance communication were concerns.
