About Amber

A clinical research specialist with the training and experience for working with young ones, as well as the demeanor for working with parents. I've worked as a researcher at UNC-CH with childcare centres all across the state on encouraging healthy eating and physical activity in preschool children. I graduated from Vanderbilt University, where I also worked as a Summer Camp Coordinator, tutored Middle and High School students (so homework help comes easy!), and even volunteered midnight shifts in the Emergency room of the Children's Hospital. In order to volunteer and work, I have had background checks, protection of minors training and CPR/AED certification. Additionally, I am the eldest of 4 children so I have plenty of experience with sibling squabbles and how to resolve them. I love children and am able to connect with their interests because I love being outside, crafting, pets, reading and am the Disney guru of my friends. Can't wait to meet you!
