About Amber

Fully Vaccinated My name is Amber and I am an elementary school teacher! I am licensed in general and special education and have been teaching for 7 years. I understand how the pandemic has taken a toll on children's learning and how far behind many of our students have fallen. I have been tutoring privately for 5 years and I have worked with students aged prek-high school and with students that have a variety of needs. I have a masters degree in elementary education and special education and have been working with children over the last 15 years. I have worked with children from all different backgrounds and it has really enriched my career as an educator. I have been doing private and team soccer training for 15 years across queens and Long Island which launched me into my career as a classroom teacher. I love to play soccer, do yoga, and cook in my free time.
