I have over 21 years of professional caregiving experience, including 18 years working for NYS OPWDD as a Direct Support Assistant and Developmental Aide 1, along with 7 years of private-duty senior care. My experience includes supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, limited mobility, and complex care needs, as well as providing personal care, companionship, and end-of-life support. I believe quality care goes beyond meeting someone's physical needs.
