About Amber

I have been a full time elementary school teacher for the last 7 years. I've taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. I currently teach 6th grade ELA, but am certified K-6. I also work after school tutoring and various after school clubs in my current public school district. My last day of school (work) is June 19th. Additionally, I have previously worked in the aquatics department at LifeTime in Princeton. There I taught swim lessons for 9 years to children whose ages range from 3-13, and was lifeguard certified through them as well. I unfortunately stopped within the past year due to location, so my lifegaurd and CPR cert have expired. However, I still possess the skills to be safe around water! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, self-reflective, and a hard worker. I like working with kids because I want to inspire and teach children to their fullest potential. Not just in academics, but also in other aspects of their lives. I look forward to hearing from you and about your family!
