I have the upmost respect for seniors and those that need special care. I helped care for my mother during 2 hip surgeries and my father with heart surgery. I do not appreciate being flaked on 45 minutes prior to my mother's PET scan. If you had a sinus infection, you'd have known earlier than that. Not okay-it was an oncology appointment.
