About Amy

I'm a lifelong learner and an educator with over a decade of experience. I tutor primarily French. I have taught levels 1 - AP to students in middle school, high school, and college. I also tutor English from middle school through AP. I'd describe my personality as patient, funny, and curious. I like tutoring because I get to personalize student experiences and it's so rewarding to see their progress. I've tutored off and on for years. I started tutoring English to speakers of other languages in 2007 and have also tutored French. In my spare time, I like to travel, read, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I will take great care in helping your child feel more confident and competent in their subject. My skills include patience, personalization, and prioritization.
