About Amyia

Hi! My name is Amyia. I'm a caring, dependable caregiver with 4+ years of paid experience in home health and caregiving, along with many additional years of hands-on caregiving experience. I'm a Certified Medical Assistant and currently a full-time nursing student. I also hold current AHA BLS and First Aid certifications. I have experience caring for children with disabilities and special needs as well as older adults. I'm comfortable assisting with ADLs, personal care, meal preparation, mobility assistance, medication reminders, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. I'm also comfortable around pets! I understand the trust that comes with caring for a loved one in their home. I'm patient, attentive, respectful, and committed to providing compassionate care while supporting each person's individual needs and routine. My goal is to give families peace of mind knowing their loved one is safe and well cared for.
