About Amy

Hello! My name is Amy, and I am a former elementary school teacher with a Master's degree in Education and 12 years of classroom teaching experience. After welcoming my own children, I chose to become a stay-at-home mom and now have an incoming kindergartener and a 3-year-old daughter. As both an educator and mother, I believe young children thrive when their days include a balance of outdoor play, social interaction, hands-on learning, and plenty of opportunities to explore the world around them. My teaching background, combined with years of experience caring for young children, allows me to provide dependable, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care while treating every child as if they were my own. I look forward to connecting with families who are looking for a nurturing, experienced caregiver who values learning, adventure, and fun!
