I have acquired extensive child care/development and knowledge/experience over the years and I feel equipped for virtually any situation that may arise. I graduated with degrees in Psychology and Spanish. I have nannied since I was 16 and had extensive child care experience in addition. Ex: Pediatric Mental Health Counselor, Teaching Sunday school, working in a nursery, coaching/teaching kids in; cheer, dance, swim and sailing, working at Montessori (Spanish language only) preschool, being a solo counselor for an outdoor education over-night camp. I have assisted a birth and helped with postpartum care. I have extensive knowledge on nutrition/food allergies, experience with special needs children, and basic medical knowledge. I've managed potty-training, medical situations, water safety, helping kids cope with difficult personal situations and much more.
