My name is Ana, and I bring over 12 years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA), providing compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered care. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals facing a wide range of health challenges, with a strong focus on supporting patients living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. I am experienced in assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support, while always maintaining dignity and respect for each patient. I also accompany to medical appointments and provide private transportation. I'm available Monday Thursday fridays and Saturday
