My name is Anaisa and with over 14 years of experience in the childcare field, working at two daycares for 4 years each and as a nanny for 6, I have garnered and strengthened many skills. Working with ages from infancy to preschool, I am passionate about nurturing and guiding children through developmental milestones and growth of expression. I prioritize creating a secure and loving environment where children can thrive. Additional skills I've learned from daycares is now having the ability to create seasonal lesson plans that I organize by age group and/or developmental milestone. These lesson plans not only engage but also promote cognitive, emotional, and social development.
