My services include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, support with daily routines, and medication management. I have experience in senior companionship work and nursing home volunteer settings, where I developed strong skills in patience, communication, and person-centered care. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have completed graduate-level coursework in a Master of Science in Nursing program, strengthening my understanding of aging, cognition, and health conditions. As a U. S. military veteran, I bring reliability, structure, and integrity to my work. I am Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and First Aid certified, and prioritize safety and professionalism.
