Hi I'm Andrea, I have over 30 years of compassionate, hands-on caregiving experience supporting family members, including seniors living with Alzheimer's and dementia. I have also supported loved ones through end-of-life and hospice care, offering calm, respectful support during vulnerable moments. I am comfortable assisting with daily activities, including bathing and dressing, and I approach personal care with sensitivity, dignity, and a reassuring presence. My caregiving style is influenced by the Positive Approach to Care (PAC) developed by dementia care and education specialist, Teepa Snow. Her style of care emphasizes creating a sense of safety, connection, and trust. I believe in moving at each person's pace, honoring their independence, and always prioritizing their physical and emotional comfort. I am warm, reliable, and attentive, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment for both clients and their families.
