Professionally, I have years of experience working in health and human services as a case manager and behavior support provider, assisting individuals and families with a wide range of needs, including developmental disabilities, emotional regulation, and daily living support. I am skilled in communication, de-escalation, structured routines, and creating engaging, sensory-friendly activities.
