Andy has been a caregiver for my daughter (26 months old) since she was an infant and continues to babysit her through her toddler years. He is always kind and patient with her and his calm demeanor always seems to rub off on her. Andy clearly connects with children easily and knows how to keep them engaged and entertained. Prior to me having my daughter, he spent many years as a nanny for a family and it is easy to understand why they kept him for so long. I would recommend Andy over and over again! He is a wonderful caregiver and person.
