This person lies on her qualifications and provided us with a fake reference. We interviewed Angela for a full-time nanny position. She just graduated from Emmanuel College. On her CV she claimed to have experience working as nanny during the summer. When we contacted her references, only one reference replied. The phone call with the reference was strange, she claimed to have two children but she did not seem familiar with toddlers' needs and behaviors. We quickly became very suspicious of this reference, we did some internet research and discovered that she does not have children and was not a former employer but she is, in fact, a friend and former class mate at Emmanuel College.
