About Angela

Hello. I am a degreed individual with a Bachelor's and Master's degrees, a nursing diploma/license, and multiple certifications, including Fitness Training and CPR/First Aid. I am currently enrolled in the Texas program to obtain my teaching certification and am approximately 60-70% finished. I have previously worked in education as an instructor, and later a Director of Education for a Health Careers College working with adult students. In addition to standard academics, I can offer skills in dance, piano, and creative arts. I enjoy teaching when my students are active participants in learning. I believe that learning should be fun and keeping students engaged is vital to retention and a positive learning experience. I also understand that every student is different and a one-size fits all approach does not work. I welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs and see how I may be of assistance.
