I have worked as a nanny with children ages ranging from 6 weeks to school age. I have also worked in large centers as well as smaller home centers providing care for infants to Pre-K The positions held were as a lead teacher in infant, toddler and preschool classrooms. I have 20 plus years experience in childcare/nanny occupation. My training comes from various classes and conferences attended over the years. I truly value parent/caregiver communication. While I believe a child needs routine, I do believe flexibility is important . I welcome parent input and suggestions as it helps me do my job better and schedules are always open to change whenever the parent feels it necessary. I would also like to note that I require being paid with taxes withheld (full-time nanny only) as this is my main income. I don't expect taxes withheld for babysitting jobs.
