About Angela

Hi! I am an energetic physically fit mother of four grown adult children who are on their own in the NY area (waiting patiently for grandkids!). I recently lost my parents, whose care I managed for many years, and now have free time to direct my energies elsewhere. I am interested in helping out with families beyond my own, who are a mutual fit and can benefit from my experience and compassionate personality on a part-time basis. I have been a resident of Westchester for 35 years and am active in the Ardsley, Scarsdale and Rivertown communities. As an extremely active person I enjoy spinning, weight training, cooking and the beach. I have been a personal fitness trainer for 20+ years and am CPR/AED Certified. Over the years I have had many dogs of my own and love them, but unfortunately am not a fan of cats. I have an excellent driving record, a safe car and don't mind doing errands or helping to prepare meals.
