I didn't choose caregiving, it chose me. Growing up looking after my younger brother and cousins taught me that real care means showing up with warmth, structure, and consistency every single time. With 6+ years of hands-on experience, from leading teams of 8 staff and managing programs for 30-40 kids, to private babysitting for individual families, to one-on-one support for children with special needs, I bring a level of professionalism most sitters simply can't match. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, bilingual in English and Spanish, and I have my own car. I keep kids engaged, communicate with parents proactively and thoroughly, and treat every home I enter with respect. You deserve to know exactly how your child's day went, and I make sure of it.
