Hi all! I am currently seeking a long term, full time (35+ hours) nanny position. I have worked in professional child care centers since 2016 with ages 6 weeks to 5 years as a lead teacher. I began nannying full time in 2020 teaching and caring for children in their home environments. I have completed CDA coursework as well as college level courses in ECE. I have all clearances that are required to work in child care center as well as vaccinations. I value a professional and mutually respectful relationship with the families I work with. For a long-term position, I am looking for PTO, paid sick time, and guaranteed hours. I also expect to be paid for my regularly scheduled hours when a family is away, traveling, on vacation, or otherwise does not need care as those hours are reserved for the family. I'm happy to discuss and agree upon these details upfront so expectations are clear for everyone.
