. I have been a private nanny for 20+ years and have two children of my own. Knowing how important my children are to me I have made it a priority to ease the minds of the parents I have worked for by treating their children like my own. I've seen three sets of children grown up and these families remain close friends! My philosophy is to work closely with the parents and to come up with a plan that suits their needs. I look for families that have similar core values so that we can work well together. Communication is key and so is honesty. I am always respectful of the parent's rules and expectations for their children and my responsibilities.

Angelina is more than a nanny...she is a life-saver. She loves my daughter like her own. She is warm and kind and my daughter loves her. When I tell her that Angelina is picking her up from school, she is just thrilled about spending time with her. They go on adventures together. Angelina goes above and beyond the job. We absolutely love her.
