As a dedicated childcare provider with five years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and ensuring reliable care for their children, especially children with special needs. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendliness, allows me to connect easily with children. When it comes to communication, I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day. Whether it's verbal communication during pickup, regular updates via text or phone calls, or following their preferred communication method, I ensure that parents are always in the loop. In addition to childcare experience, I've completed coursework in early child development, which enhances my ability to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. I also have experience working with children with special needs. I have a non-profit organization that helps provided resources for underrepresented kids with disabilities.
