My love for spending time with children started with babysitting jobs in the seventh grade, and has only grown since. In high school and early college I broadened my experience by working as an in-home caregiver and participated in a work study program at the local daycare where I assisted full time teachers in toddler and preschool classrooms. During a long break from working in childcare, I completed my BA in Art History, worked as an event planner, webinar producer, and sewist. I have since found my passion in nannying - and all the joys, challenges, and small wonders working with kids can bring. I have been working consistently in childcare since January 2022, and can now tout hard-won experience with newborns and young babies. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my dog, Sandwich (our favorite trails are in the Retreat Woods), reading about New England's natural history, making art, and writing.
