I hired Anna for 6 weeks as a respite caregiver for my 89 year old mom. From my initial communication with Anna she immediately instilled confidence, trust, a sense of responsibility and complete competence. The questions she asked during our interview indicated she had a great deal of experience providing senior care, not to mention keen intuition as well. Over the course of her 6 weeks with us, Anna navigated through a number of surprise challenges with expert care such as a UTI, disorientation, and extreme weakness. Anna accepted each challenge with determination and grace, and most importantly communicated about any new, worrisome developments or changes in my mom's behavior. Through it all she remained kind, sensitive, personable, gentle and just simply lovely. Anna saved us. She kept my mom safe and me calm during an extremely difficult period. And in the process my family, my mom's friends, therapists and nurses all fell in love with her. I am thankful beyond words for having met and worked with Anna. It has been an absolute privilege.
