As a childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing and educating children. My previous babysitting roles have been for up to 3 kids from ages of a few months to 12 years old. I have also been in charge of 30+ kids at once durning vbs activities. I'm known for my patience and calmness, which helps me handle any situation with composure. My creative and imaginative nature allows me to engage children through storytelling and interactive activities. I'm also friendly and approachable, making it easy for children to feel comfortable and build a trusting relationship with me. When communicating with parents, I prioritize open and honest communication. I follow their preferred communication method and provide regular updates about their child's day, ensuring they're always informed and involved. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
