About Anna

Hi there, My name is Anna and I have been teaching middle school math since 2014. Before that, I taught Pre-School and Kindergarten for 3 years. I take pride in creating a fun and engaging learning environment for my students. I hold a Master's in Education from Rutgers University and am certified to teach all subjects in grades K-6, as well as Math in grades 5-8. My main area of expertise is teaching Pre-Algebra (7th and 8th Grade Standards), and I have additional experience teaching math in grades 5 through 8 in summer school. I am currently offering virtual tutoring sessions via Zoom or Google Meet, and I would love to assist your child in achieving their academic goals. I have a touchscreen laptop and know many online programs to make learning interactive and enjoyable for your child.
