About Anna

I am a nurturing, patient, and dependable 20-year-old with eight years of experience, caring for children ranging from three months to 14 years old. I've grown up all over the country, as my family moved a lot, but now I reside in Dexter, Michigan. I am pursuing a degree in Family and Human Studies at Michigan State University with plans to become an occupational therapist. I truly love working with children and enjoy being a positive, supportive influence in their lives. One of my favorite parts of childcare is watching children learn grow, and develop their own personalities and interests. I am first aid and CPR certified and have experience providing care for children with a variety of needs, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Cognitive Impairments. These experiences have strengthened my patience, flexibility, and ability to create purposeful learning experiences and valuable relationships with kids.
