Hi! I'm Annie, I'm 23 years old and have over 5 years of experience caring for children of all ages. Working with kids is truly something I love, and I always try to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves, learning, and growing. I'm very patient, dependable, and hands-on throughout the day - whether that's crafts, reading, outdoor play, helping with routines, or working through big emotions. I love getting to know each child's personality so I can support them in the way they need most. I also really value open communication with parents and believe the best care comes from working together as a team. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and trained in child development and safety procedures. Overall, I just genuinely love what I do and care deeply about the families I work with! .
