About Anna

Hello! My name is Anna, and I have two years' experience working in a daycare setting. I started working with kids when I was 15. I helped my aunts with their kids frequently, and then was offered a childcare job while taking courses on childhood education in high school. I started working there at 16, and continue to work there when I'm home on breaks. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and allows me to further develop my childcare skills. I recently moved here for college, and I am attempting to balance my course load with a job. While I would love to go back to a daycare setting, most jobs are inflexible, and would prevent me from attending all of my classes. I am currently pursuing a social work degree, and would love to work with kids in that field. While I have a lot of experience working with larger groups of kids, social work is primarily a one to one field, and I believe babysitting will help me sharpen my skills on a more personal level.
