Hello everyone, I have had the joy of working as a sitter with all different types of kids. There was a time that I looked after five young boys ranging from 10 months to 6 years old (I actually thrive with kids that have a mischievous side, which these boys did have.) I also had time with girls and highly enjoyed that experience. While working at a daycare, and also in my personal family life, I have had time taking care of children with special needs. I love all kids with their unique strengths and personalities. I am always intentional in engaging with the kids and building a strong, positive relationship. I believe in positive reinforcement and constructive discipline instead of harsh punishment. I also form routines to create a stable atmosphere for the children in my care.
