About Anna

Hello! I hold a BFA in Theatre Education from Belmont University and have been teaching and working with children for 10 years! My family moved from a small town in Kentucky to the large city of Ankara, Turkey when I was 6 years old, which is where I lived until moving to Nashville for college. I have had the privilege of teaching in schools (K-12) across Middle Tennessee, teaching at Nashville Children's Theatre, and working privately with families in their homes. I am a firm believer that things learned outside the classroom are just as significant as things learned in it. I have learned the most about kindness, self-advocacy, and respect from non-educational settings--my family, friends, passions--and would be honored to be part of exemplifying those for your child. Outside of teaching, I love tea, crocheting, taking my dog on walks, and creative writing. I look forward to the chance to meet your family and love on your kids.
