About Annie

I am from western Montgomery County, PA and used Care.com to find help in Oxford, PA. to help me clean a very ill family member's apartment while she was hospitalized. The apartment had not been cleaned in years, housed pets, and the resident was a hoarder and heavy smoker. It was in a very bad state and was about to be condemned by the Borough. This job would have overwhelmed most people. I cannot imagine finding anyone who was more perfect to help me with this big job than Ann and I can't say enough positive things about this wonderful lady. She's the nicest person to work with imaginable, great attitude, she's smart, extremely competent, classy, and is the kind of relentless hard worker you don't run across very often - compliments I do not give lightly. We worked over a couple of weekends and she showed up when she promised, brought a lunch she ate in 15 minutes or less, and was determined to get to our goals accomplished by day's end. (We played classic rock while we worked and she knew the words to almost every song -she has a great voice too, lol!). I wish she lived closer to me, because I would continue to have her help me on our farm - outside and in the house. I paid her the rate she asked for, and she was worth every bit of it and more. If you are fortunate enough for her to accept your job, count this as a blessing and don't think twice.
