About Ansley

Hi, I'm Ansley! I recently moved to the area and am currently looking to work with a family where I can provide compassionate, reliable care. My background is primarily in memory care, where I've spent the past three years supporting individuals with dementia. Through that experience, I've learned how to navigate confusion, mood changes, and challenging moments with patience and understanding. I'm confident in helping individuals feel safe and supported, even on difficult days. I'm comfortable helping with daily care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, always prioritizing dignity and respect. I take the time to learn each person's routine and preferences so they feel as comfortable and cared for as possible. Building real connections is one of the most important parts of this work to me. I want the people I care for to feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and happy to communicate in whatever way works best for your family.
